Amazing Location, many people prefer La Condesa because is full of bars and restaurants, that is true, but is also a fact that there is traffic and noise, not to mention security.
Where we are located you can walk to Condesa is only 4 blocks away but without all the downfalls.
San Miguel Chapultepec is an historic neigborhood, two blocks away from the bigest park in Mexico City, Chapultepec. Is also a residential top area of the city. Super Central and well comunicated.
