The apartment is small but cozy, well illuminated and ventilated, with everything you may need: fully equipped kitchen, tv, stereo, wireless internet, hot water, washing machine, door guard 24, green areas, one block from metro station Balderas. The room has a twin bed with clean bed clothes, a closet and a desk. I ask for $200 pesos daily (less than $20 usd.) if you wish to stay a month ask for a cheaper prize. Smokers welcomed. LGBT friendly. It is located in the 5th floor and there's no elevator, so take into consideration that. This in not a luxury apartment, kindda Polanco or Condesa, so if you are looking for something like that, keep on further. A CAT lives here.
