November 1st is approaching very quickly. We have a 3 bedroom condo in San Pedro de Los Pinos (near Condesa). We need one more roomie to share the condo with. It´s a beautiful condo on a quiet street, 24 hour security, very near Polumbo Park, Restaurants, Bars, Bakeries and Markets. It´s 2 blocks away from the Subway station!

We´re two girls (21 and 22), very responsible, outgoing and require quiet nights during the week as we work very early in the morning. Although, we do like to have fun on the weekends.

The rent is 3700 pesos per month. First and Last is required! It includes Gas, Water and Electricity. Your room has a single bed w/ new covers, closet, and private bathroom. We´re looking for someone semi-permanent, please. Between the ages of 21-25.
