The studio is located in the Parque San Andrés neighborhood, nearby downtown Coyoacan in the southern part of Mexico City. The house is located on Virginia street, which sits in the beggining of the historic Coyoacán. Nearby landmarks are the San Diego Churubusco's convent, where the museum of the interventions and the ex monastery is, and the downtown section of coyoacan around 20 minutes (walking distance). The house is also close to the subway station General Anaya (15 minutes), and five minutes away from a stop of the green trolley that goes to downtown, the national university is about 25 minutes away from there (by bus) and the CNA (National Arts Centre) is 15 minutes away (walking distance). The studio is part of a house, but it has independent access, it's own bathroom, inside the bathroom there is a washing machine. The studio is furnished and fully equiped. The rent includes the facilities (gas, water, light, security), wireless internet and the cleaning of the room and the change of sheets once a week. You are able to invite people. The studio will be available at december 15th.
