We are looking for a roommate to join us beginning January.
The House is furnished has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, tiled kitchen, huge balcony.
The bedroom is very big, furnished with a queen bed, and a huge closet! parking is available. We have cable t.v. and wireless internet. Rent is $5,000 pesos per month, a one month deposit is required, and bills are included such as (water, electric bills, garbage, cleaning, cable, wireless internet)
It is located in Escandon just a few blocks from Condesa, between Benjamin Franklin and Progreso, metro Patriotismo is in the same block, near restaurants, bars, cafes, parks (parque espaņa), laundry mats, supermarkets, gyms, etc. all within walking distance.
We are: International people around 26 year old from Japan, France, Germany, Guadalajara, Hidalgo and Tijuana, currently working in Mexico city.
We will love to live with you if you are responsable, social, clean, fun person, we try to have a social life and respect personal spaces..
