The four bedrooms have hardwood floors, 2 built in closets/dresser, and beamed ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath up and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath down. The 15,000 acres of land now comprising the City of Weston were first amassed in the 1950’s by Arthur Vining Davis, the original owner of Weston’s primary developer, Arvida.
