My house is basically three floors. On the ground floor, It is an apartment with a seperate entrance, has a bathroom, bedroom with new orthopedic queen bed and living room area with couch and table. It is perfect bachelor pad. There is a locked door leading to the kitchen, which is full size with all amenities. The top floor there is the laundry area, a full kitchen and a fully covered outdoor eating area. This is a great place to relax, talk and eat with others. so The only place available is the place where i stay when i come in, the ground floor private apartment. The rent is 600USD/month
The place is very nice, extremely safe and complete with all home comforts, comes painted, clean and furnished.

What you get:
There is a cleaning service once a week, wifi, full bathroom, Laundry machine and full Kitchen on ground floor and full kitchen on open garden rooftop. No expenses to pay except the rent and food.

The Metro/Subway is a 4 minute walk to "metro sevilla", fitness center down the street, movie theatre, polanco 10 minutes,condesa 7 mintues,zona rosa 5 minutes...etc..etc I've been in Mexico city for 9 years and believe me when I say, this is the best location to stay in. The most central and safiest.


I only have the Private apartment available November 20th.
